I had a great experience at this shop! I brought my car in for an oil change and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure I understood what was being done without trying to pressure me into unnecessary services. They had done their car inspection on my car if they hadn’t I very well could have been sitting on the side of the road with a blown tire. They were able to order my tires and get me in THE NEXT DAY! My vehicle was taken care of very well, and I left feeling confident that everything was done properly. I really appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and quality service Thank you to everyone involved in working with me and my vehicle!

I got an oil change along with a free multi point vehicle inspection. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable and had water and soda available. The entire process took only 36 minutes and there were pictures taken of everything inspected and recommendations for future work on car. The inspection was explained to me in detail by a very courteous man at the counter and with the coupon I had the price was best ever. I will be returning for future oil changes and other services. Above all I liked the transparency and honesty about the condition of my vehicle. Very refreshing.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The gentleman that helped me was incredibly kind. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I waited in the lobby and I was very comfortable! They were friendly, thorough, explained everything and the price of my oil change was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Victory did a great job fixing my car, they diagnosed the issue quickly and we're able to fix it fast. They managed my warranty claim on my behalf. Every one of the workers I've talked to were very knowledgeable and friendly. They have free refreshments for their clients. Definitely a 5 star business and I will always choose victory first in the future and will recommend people I know to do the same.

came here for two separate services on different occasions. the first time i got my brakes replaced, the second time was a simple oil change. both times i was greeted with excellent costumer service, clear communication, and not too bad of a wait time. all of the employees are really kinda and knowledgeable about the services they offer. i’d definitely reccomend it to anyone who needs an auto service done.
